Vermont’s Pharmaceutical Marketer Price Disclosure Law

The State of Vermont law 18 V.S.A. § 4633 requires pharmaceutical manufacturers to disclose to Vermont doctors and other prescribers the prices of the drugs they market (in pill form) as well as the prices of other drugs in the same therapeutic class.
